⏱ How long does production take?

Every SNV Studio piece is handcrafted.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Ships within 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order items (not in stock): Production time is up to 14 business days

  • Bespoke designs: Production time varies between 2–6 weeks, depending on stone and design complexity.

You’ll receive a personalized time estimate once your order is placed.

💎 Can I change the material or choose a different stone?

Yes. Most pieces can be customized in sterling silver, solid gold, or gold vermeil.
You can also customize your stone selection: lab-grown diamonds, zirconia, sapphire, emerald, ruby, citrine, pearls, and various natural stones.

Please note: Certain stones may affect the price and production time.

✨ Can I have a bespoke design made just for me?

Absolutely. SNV Studio offers a full bespoke jewelry service.
You may bring your own idea, or we can design your dream piece together.
The process is appointment-based and tailored exclusively to you.

📏 What if I don’t know my size?

If you know your ring size, you can simply add it to your order.
If not, we can send you a free sizing guide, or you can ask a local jewelry store to measure your size.
Bracelets and necklaces often include adjustable sizing options.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Ready-to-ship pieces may be exchanged if they are unused and undamaged.

  • Made-to-order and bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically for you.

  • Engravings, sizing customizations, and special material or stone requests are not eligible for return or exchange.

💍 Do SNV Studio pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. Every SNV Studio piece includes our Warranty & Care Service.
Stone setting, polishing, replating, and repair services can be provided through our studio.

📦 When will my order ship?

Once complete, your piece will be packaged in a signature SNV Studio box and shipped.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Ships within 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order items: Ships after production within up to 14 business days

  • International delivery times vary depending on your location.
